Winnie Harlow and NBA star Kyle Kuzma have announced their engagement following a heartfelt proposal in Turks and Caicos.
Winnie Harlow, a renowned model and advocate, and Kyle Kuzma, a professional basketball player, began their relationship in April 2020. Their connection sparked during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic when Kuzma reached out to Harlow on Instagram. Despite an initial missed message in 2019, the two eventually connected and started daily conversations. Harlow spontaneously decided to move to Los Angeles to be with Kuzma, marking the start of their enduring romance.

The project came about after their first trip to Turks and Caicos in 2022. While Harlow was swimming at sunset, she said it was the best day of her life. This made Kuzma choose the same spot to propose. Under the guise of a Valentineās Day escape, Kuzma shocked Harlow on February 13, 2025, with a private jet decked with roses, balloons, chocolates, and champagne. He recited a moving poem finishing with the question, āWill you be my wife?ā throughout the journey. Harlow delightedly agreed before Kuzma showed her an 8.5-carat oval-cut diamond ring he had spent three months creating to accentuate her grace and classic beauty.
Harlow was overcome with feelings when she got to their villa as both of her family were there to mark the happy event. The evening consisteofin a seaside meal with surf and turf, a DJ playing āLetās Get Marriedā by Jagged Edge, and an amazing fireworks show producing lifelong memories for the couple and their loved ones.
