As of now, the City of Philadelphia has not officially announced the date for the Eagles Parade 2025 Super Bowl. Reflecting on 2018, the parade occurred on a Thursday, four days post-victory. Friday seems to be a good choice given present weather projections showing Wednesday snow showers and possible rain on Thursday. Though it was later taken down, the Eagles alluded at a Friday celebration in a recent social media post.
Although the official route for the Eagles Parade 2025 is yet unknown, it most likely reflects the 2018 one. Starting at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue in South Philadelphia, the procession followed Broad Street north and ended on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The official program began at the base of the Art Museum at 1 p.m.
The weather will much influence the timing of the procession there. Philadelphiaās projection calls for Wednesday, February 12 snow showers and a possibility of Thursday, February 13 rain. Friday, February 14, is forecast to be partly sunny and cooler, which could be more suited for the celebrations.
The 2018 Eagles procession was unprecedented because hundreds of thousands of people crowded the streets. Centre Jason Kelce made an inspiring speech on the Art Museum stairs. Though Kelce left before the 2024 campaign, suspicions persist regarding his prospective participation in the 2025 celebrations.
