In 2017, Lamora Williams, a 24-year-old single parent of four kids, was living alone. Around nightfall on October 12 and 11 p.m. On October 13, she was charged with placing her two young ones in an oven and switching it on.

Story of Lamora Williams –  Lamora Williams Children’s Autopsy

Atlanta resident Lamora Williams first gained attention in October 2017. The motive she became the subject of conversation? She ruthlessly killed her children.

Williams’ relatives assert that she has always been erratic and that her instability was made worse by the father of her children leaving them, as well as perhaps postpartum psychosis. Williams’ sister, Tabitha Hollingsworth, claimed that Williams tried to commit suicide and that Williams’ behavioral and mental problems started when she was a little girl.

Brenda Williams, Lamora Williams‘ mother, claimed that her child was not a fast learner and had to be taken out of the public system of education and homeschooled.

At the age of 18, she gave birth to her first child, a girl. Williams obtained support from the family regarding the paternity of her daughter.

Just after the affair came to an end, she dated Jameel Penn Sr. for a very long time and had 3 kids with him. When Williams was 24 years old, Jameel Penn Sr. abandoned her and her children but kept supporting her financially as well as the kids.

Just on the night of October 13, Williams had a phone conversation with his good friend Neesa Smith, during which he seemed distressed. Williams simply said that she was unable to do it when Smith inquired about the issue. She continued by informing Smith that her two youngest children, Ke-Yaunte, who was two years old, and Ja’Karter, who was one, had both passed away.

Smith persuaded Williams to call the police. In the following video, Williams calls Jameel Penn, the children’s father, as opposed to calling the police.

During the call, Williams turned her camera around the apartment, and Penn saw his sons lying on the ground. Then he made a 911 call right away. Williams also made contact with the police at 11:30 p.m. Williams stated in the 911 call that she left her cousin in charge of the Lamora Children and came home to see her kids dead.

She claimed that both infants were scorched, one was caught beneath a “turned over” oven, and that “brains were on the floor.” Williams asked the operator to reassure her about the possibility of going to jail during the same 911 call and voiced worry about doing so. Authorities believe Williams torched her two youngest children on purpose to conceal how she killed them. Williams has entered a not-guilty plea to the charges brought against him.

Following the incident, Williams’ sister expressed concern and demanded that Williams be put on suicide watch in jail. Williams’ mother acknowledges that her daughter had problems, but she still holds her accountable for how she acted.

She has said that losing her “two youngest grandsons owing to her daughter’s actions” has been very difficult for her and that she might have to seek help.

It happened on October 13, 2017, a terrible day. Mother murdered the two children she had with the children’s father, Jameel Penn. We were informed by emergency personnel that Ke’Yaunte Penn and Ja’Karter Williams had their heads trapped inside an oven. The news seemed surreal to hear.

Pathologists were unable to determine if the children had already been dead or had died while being put in the oven. The cause of the child’s death was, however, exonerated by the autopsy findings. How a mother could act in such a way toward her children was surprising.

Lamora’s apartment, as reported by the neighbours, stenches like death. It suggests that perhaps the body of the child might have been present for several days.

Lamora called her close family friend Neesa Smith before dialling 911. Smith was informed by Lamora what she had done with her sons and that her two youngest children had since passed away. Neesa, a friend of hers, urged her to report the crime and pressed her for admission.

Lamora williams insisted time and time again that she didn’t know who killed her children and that she didn’t want to be sent to jail when the 911 dispatcher questioned her. She added that when she returned from work, her children had already passed away.

She was blaming her cousin for leaving her children with her. Only my eldest son is alive at the moment; her cousin has left.

She initially accused her cousin of being responsible for the murder before switching to her sister watching her children. She has a murderous sister. In the end, it was determined that she was the only person responsible for her child’s death despite all of her conflicting assertions.  Finally, she added I saw my kids dead in the oven when she provided the 911 operator with her location.

Did Lamora Williams enter prison following the horrible killing of her sons?

After brutally killing her sons, Lamora Williams was sentenced to prison.

In 2018, Lamora Williams was accused of murder. The court in this instance sought their opinions on whether or not she was indeed the murderer. Her relatives believed she was the guilty party.

Lamora williams was accused of killing someone, lying to the 911 operator, committing serious assault, and covering up a fatality. In addition, she was charged with abusing Jameel, her 3-year-old son. Her kid, age three, was present as his brothers passed away.

The pathologist reported that neither the boys’ shattered bones nor any signs of blunt force trauma were present. The electric oven hurt the boys’ bodies even though they weren’t scorched. Police believed Lamora utilized the electric range to hide the murderous technique.

Lastly

Whether Williams was judged guilty or not is still up for debate. There is no further information on this case, and the Georgia Department of Corrections inmate search does not turn up her name.

I don’t believe the court found her competent to stand trial given her mental state. If my presumptions were accurate, Lamora Williams would have been checked into a hospital or psychiatric facility to receive treatment for her mental illness.
