  1. Eat Breakfast Before 9 A.M

Eating breakfast is one of the most essential and common things that you should do.

Do not ever skip breakfast or eat breakfast before 9 am.

By eating breakfast daily on time, your metabolism rate boosted up.

Hence your fat-melting process starts, and you will lose some fat from your belly.

You can eat eggs with bacon, fresh Avocado, cheese omelette, savoury ham & cheese waffles or sugar-free yoghurt with peanut butter, etc., for breakfast.

  1. Eat Lunch

Please do not even plan to skipped lunch, even if you are the busiest person in the world.

If you skip your lunch, it will only slow down your metabolic rate and body system.

This is when you might be taking or consuming foods rich in fibre and high in protein that boost your metabolism.

Also, this is the part of the day you need more energy because you are much active with your daily activities.

I strongly recommended all my visitors DO NOT SKIP lunch as doing this will decrease your metabolism and slow down the melting process of extra fat deposited on the belly and the other parts of the body.

Your lunch could be full of green leafy vegetables, or Beef stir-fry cooked in coconut oil with vegetables or Cheeseburger Salad or Beef burger or Broccoli salad with some shredded cheese.

You can eat zucchini noodles or Lemon pepper chicken or Avocado chicken or Leftover Cabbage and Sausage Skillet or shrimp dish at dinner.

I strongly recommend or suggest you eat fruits such as apples or bananas as snacks; eating dates is also an excellent way to have healthy snacks.

Do not eat fast food, deep-fried foods and snacks rich in carbohydrates.

You can eat nuts as a snack like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc. Also, can eat 2-3 hard-boiled eggs, a cup of berries with some nuts.

Also, you can drink not more than 5 ounces (150ml) of Red or white wine per day.

I know that this may sound boring to some of you but face the fact that you need to exercise daily if you want to lose weight quickly in two weeks.

I suggest you need to gauge your fitness level first; it is good for you to have a treadmill because this machine could tell you what your fitness level is like when you exercise using it.
